Can you insure more than one driver?

Yes we can cover up to three drivers on a policy

Will you accept EU licences

Yes, we can offer cover for drivers holding an EU licence so long as they have been resident in the UK for three years

Can you cover hire and reward?

Yes, we can cover vans used for carriage of goods for Hire & reward

Our opening hours are 9am to 5:30pm weekdays and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays, excluding certain bank holidays

Can I buy cover in the name of my company?

Yes we can provide cover in the name of you, your company, association, club or charity

Can you include business use?

Yes, business use is part of the policy cover

Do you insure pick-ups?

Yes, we are happy to cover light commercial vehicles up to 7.5T

Do you insure mini-buses?

Yes, unlike many of our competitors we can provide cover for vehicles up to 16 passenger seats but will not provide cover for Hire and Reward use.

Can I extend the policy term?

Once the policy is in place we cannot change the term but you can buy additional cover once the current policy expires

Can I change the policy after the insurance has started?

Unlike many of our competitors we do understand that circumstances change and often it’s out-with your control so we have designed our products to offer flexibility and will happily complete a change of driver or vehicle under the policy

Can I cancel my temporary policy

You may cancel the policy at any time by calling our customer service team on 01592 643666

How do I pay?

How can I pay for the insurance policy? For new policies our preferred payment method is by bank transfer. Subsequent policies can be paid by bank transfer or card payment via our customer service team on 01592643666


How Do I make a claim? All claims should be reported directly to your Insurer using the contact information in your policy documents.

Will I get a refund if I cancel?

If the policy period is for a month or less there is no cooling off period and no refunds are available
If the policy period is more than a month then you can cancel within the cooling off notice period and receive a refund for the unexpired period of the policy in accordance with our terms and conditions

Do you insure lorries?

Yes, we are happy to cover light commercial vehicles up to 7.5T

Do you insure refrigerated vehicles?

Yes, we can accommodate refrigerated vehicles up to 7.5T

Do you insure Campervans or Motorhomes?

Sorry no, we don’t cover these vehicle types

Do you insure horse boxes?

Sorry no, we don’t cover these vehicle types
